Islander Sake Brewery x Sushi Sho collaboration.
A new Sake「Sushi Sho」 debut! Supervised by Nakazawa Keiji, Sushi Sho owner chef and known as the most influenceable Edomae-Sushi chef in Japan.
Islander Sake Brewery brought sake brewing culture back to Hawaii after 33 years. July 2020, Sushi Sho at Ritz Carlton Waikiki, known as a Sushi restaurand in Waikiki that is hardest to make reservation, and them collaborated and crafted new sake 「Sushi Sho」, supervised by Keiji Nakazawa.
The rain falls on Ko'olau mountain range, located on north-west of Oahu, slowly filtered by its Lava layer and falls into purified ground water after 25 years. 「Sushi Sho」is crafted with rich Hawaiian water and high grade organic Omachi rice from Kurashiki, Japan. Its rich aroma and sharp taste pairs perfectly with sushi.
