【Junmai Daiginjo】Kitashizuku 375ml 純米大吟醸きたしずく
Our most premium sake, made with Kitashizuku rice polished to 50%, creates a light, aromatic and slightly sweet sake that is distinctly refined. Islander is the only sake brewery outside Japan to brew sake with Kitashizuku rice and sources our rice directly from farmers in Hokkaido to brew this premium sake.
Goes well with carpaccio and seafood salads of shrimp, crab and local Hawai‘i fish. Keep refrigerated and serve chilled.
As the days go by, Koji converts the rice micro particles into sugar, which gradually sweetens this sake.
Fresh, not heat-processed after production.
