As a small team, every guest matters. Every vote mattered. Knowing that this award came directly from our guests makes it especially meaningful.

From the beginning, our dream has never been simply to serve dinner. We want to create an experience that transports you to Japan without leaving Hawaiʻi.

From sake brewed on-site by our toji (master brewer), to seasonal kaiseki prepared with care, handcrafted ceramics, and heartfelt hospitality, we hope every visit feels like more than a meal—it becomes a memory.
