The Chinese zodiac sign for next year, 2024, is the dragon. We wish for happiness in the coming year in the form of a dragon soaring through the sky. We made the best quality sake with clean water coming from Mauna Kea Mountains on the Big Island and rice cooled by the breeze coming down the mountain.
