Free Tasting Event @Hilo Bottle Shop

Make sure to reserve your schedule for the Islander Sake free tasting in Hilo, Hawaii before the weekend. The island where we make our sake is commonly referred to as the ‘Big Island’ and as the name suggests, it is indeed a big island. The journey to Hilo from the brewery takes roughly two hours. From our experience, we know that there are many sake enthusiasts in Hilo. Today, our brew master, Dr. Chiaki Takahashi, will be serving sake.

Sake made with passion fruit from the brewery’s front garden and a recently created aromatic sake will be served at a cozy sake retail store, Hilo Bottle Shop. Once you’ve tasted, we’d love to invite you to buy a bottle at the sales counter for a weekend party at home.

The store is located in a corner of Hilo downtown, the administrative and economic center of the city, with plenty of street parking nearby. Starting today, our sake will be available for sale in this store.
