【Junmai Daiginjo】Hawaiian Daiginjo Sake “ANNA”
ハワイアン純米大吟醸 “アナ”
Unique Water Source:
Uses ultra-soft water from Mauna Kea, filtered through volcanic rock, enhancing the sake’s gentle and smooth taste.
Mineral-Enriched:
Incorporates a small amount of deepsea water, rich in essential minerals, flowing from Alaska to the Kona coast over thousands of years.
Rice:
Using the pure snow melting water, we cultivate a sake rice called Kitashizuku, milling ratio is 50%.
Brewery Location:
Hand crafted at a brewery adjacent to the beautiful Hapuna Beach, capturing the serene essence of Hawaii.
Healing Experience:
Designed to provide a smoothing and healing experience, inviting people worldwide to enjoy its unique tropical flavor and special qualities.
Fruity and floral aroma, with notes that can include melon, apple, pear , mountinapple and white flowers.

Ginotome Rice from Iwate specialized sake rice farmer Junya Shakkabe,milling ratio is 50%. Hand crafted Sake at the beautiful Hapuna Beachside Brewery, capturing the serene essence of Hawaii.

【Junmai Ginjo】Hawaiian Ginjo Sake “KONA”
ハワイアン純米吟醸酒 “コナ”
Ginjo Sake KONA is crafted using ultra-soft water from Mauna Kea, filtered through volcanic Lava rock. This unique water source imparts a gentle and smooth taste to the sake. With a lighter alcohol content and a well-balanced acidity from white Koji, this sake pairs beautifully not only with Japanese cuisine but also with a wide range of dishes from around the world. Enjoy the delicate and soothing flavors of Islander KONA, inspired by the serene breezes of Hawaii.
Ginjo brewed with highly polished Japanese rice where at least 40% of the outer grain is milled away. The brewing process involves a lower fermentation temperature which helps to develop a more refined flavor and tropical fruity aroma. Please enjoy it chilled.
Fruity notes that can include melon, apple, pear, banana, tangerine orange, lychee and floral aroma like plumeria
