The Big Island offers a perfect resort life where people from around the world are captivated by the natural wonders and find moments of peace. While Hawaiian fruits cannot be taken abroad, including to the mainland, they are high quality and delicious.

When we thought about making sake on such an island, we wanted to add the essence of Hawaii to our sake, creating an even more memorable experience. That’s why we came up with the idea of adding fruits to our sake. We hope to use as many Hawaiian ingredients as possible so that people can take a piece of Hawaii back with them.
