Sweet sake is a special type of sake where part of the water used in brewing is replaced with sake itself, resulting in a rich, sweet savory flavor with a smooth elegant texture.
Crafted using ultra-soft water from Mauna Kea, incorporates with small amount of Deep ocean salty water ,which enhances the sake’s gentle and refined taste.

The brewing process incorporates sustainable practices, minimizing environmental impact using Hawaiian natural wind for fermentation and ensuring that the sake production is kind to the planet.

By brewing sake with sake, layers of rich honey-like flavors are added on top of fruity notes. We recommend enjoying it on the rocks.
