KONA features a design inspired by the color of the ocean and the golden hues of the sparkling Kona sunset. A pure, gentle sake made with the pristine soft water of Hawaii Island.

Available at retail stores on Oahu and Hawaii Island, our brewery on Hawaii Island, and through online shopping. Pairs well with Japanese cuisine as well as local Hawaiian dishes.

The defining characteristic of KONA is its lower alcohol content of 14%, compared to typical sake. However, it offers a well-balanced flavor with gentle acidity that doesn’t make the lower alcohol feel noticeable, and finishes with a clean, sharp note. It pairs well with a wide range of dishes, especially those featuring olives, prosciutto, or fruits.
