HANALE | OUR DINING HONOLULU

Introducing our dining room, Hanale, located in Honolulu’s historic Chinatown district. In 1890, Japanese immigrants arrived at Honolulu Harbor, where our store is situated. They were involved in agriculture, which faced many hardships, and still today, 13% of Hawaii’s population is of Japanese ancestry. Although it is now known as Chinatown, Japanese immigrants used to reside there, and there were also stores and hotels. Our goal was to preserve this town’s history, which is why we created a place where people can relive the Japanese culture. It is located next to the office district in downtown Honolulu and is within walking distance of the major bank headquarters and law offices.
