Matsuri Sake Tasting Night

We have an event planned for next Sunday. The location is Izakaya Matsuri, located in the heart of Honolulu, just uptown from the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The Matsuri started out in Kailua, on the opposite side of Oahu, but then moved to Honolulu’s center as its clientele increased. The master’s sushi creation and Tempura Mama’s tempura preparation will leave many customers satisfied.

This restaurant is unique because its proprietor is a certified sake sommelier. She takes occasional vacations to Japan to continue her studies at sake breweries in Niigata and other places. A wonderful way to spend time at this restaurant is to order her own hot sake and pair it with the food.

Matsuri has been serving our sake to customers since our company was brewing in Honolulu. On Sunday of next week, we will be debuting our project called Islander Sake Tasting Night, and we would love for you to be apart of it. In addition to the products we normally sell at the Matsuri, there will be sake tastings that are normally only available at the Big Island brewery. Fans of Islander Sake will be able to ask questions directly to the people who make the sake.
