Black Friday limited-time sale
Islander Sake has begun its official Black Friday limited-time sale, which features 15% discounts on a range of sake, koji food products, and T-shirts.
The sales will end on November 30.

Dragon is the Chinese zodiac sign for 2024.

In Chinese culture, the dragon is a symbol of good luck, happiness, and prosperity. Our wish for happiness in the upcoming year is to see a dragon soaring through the sky.

The new year sake used the best quality sake with clean water coming from the Mauna Kea Mountains. The rice was cooled by the mountain breeze.

We have added more locations to pick up the sake for this year. You can choose our Big island brewery, Hanale in Honolulu Chinatown, the Sake Shop in Kakaako, and the Saturday farmer’s market.

Blue Moon Soirée on Big Island

Our first Moon Night Soirée will take place on September 1, at Islander Sake Brewery in the Hapuna Golf Course of Mauna Kea Resort. Enjoy sake pairing with chef’s choice of assorted plates, Island and Japan flavored dishes which go well with fresh sake brewed locally with Japanese authentic technique. Our chef for the evening will be Chiaki, who is the Master Brewer and Master Chef of Islander Sake Brewery. Chiaki produces with cordial hospitality, savoring moment of best matches of sake and Island and Japan flavored dishes. If you are in Hawaii, please join us!
