The 4th Annual American Craft Sake Festival

The 4th Annual American Craft Sake Festival

At the Joy of Sake event in Honolulu, there was a display of many sake imports from Japan. The 4th annual American Craft Sake Festival will be held this weekend in Arkansas to showcase sake produced in the United States.

We meet with other sake breweries occasionally to exchange information about their production. Getting the sake-making staff who work at breweries every day together in one place is a challenge in a country as large as the U.S. Regardless, the meeting is significant in displaying America’s strength to the world.

If you are residing in Arkansas and have yet to try Hawaii’s sake, please come to the event. Enjoy it while listening to the people who actually produce it in Hawaii.

Sake that will be served at the festival includes:
Islander Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku
Islander Lilikoi Sake
Islander Pineapple Sake
