The 4th Annual American Craft Sake Festival 2

On March 2, Arkansas hosted the American Craft Sake Festival, and Islander Sake Brewery offered at least three Hawaiian sakes. Sunny skies and tables from all the breweries lined Bridge Street in downtown Hot Springs made the day blessed.

The attendees were given a small glass of sake to fill and enjoy from their preferred brewery.
Those who drank the Islander sake were happy to say thank you for coming from a really far away from Hawaii.
And although we were not part of the popularity contest, there was even one woman who held up her bottle for the camera and said that she liked the Islander Sake the best.

During the festival ceremony, Association President Konishi delivered a speech. The arrival of a new sake brewery in Arkansas has led many fans to start drinking sake. President Konishi arrived at the Islander Sake table after the festival and expressed his desire to see a similar festival in Hawaii.
